Great fast service! Worked very professional and mostly, honest! My garage door wont close fully during the cold snap, the guy came right away in one call and fixed my door. Explained the details of the problem and the fix in a term I can understand!

We just had Jae out for a garage door repair. We can't say enough! He came the same day we called; he was polite, friendly, efficient, and so reasonably priced! We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door install repair or...anything!

One of our garage door cables had come unwound and we hired Jae to complete the work. He did a great job and was pretty quick at doing it too. Called for service at approximately 1:30 pm and had a service person at my door at approximately 3:30 pm. Repair was completed shortly after 4:00pm. Very courteous and efficient repair personnel. Would recommend these people for your garage door repairs.

Needed to replace a 16 x 10 door after a catastrophic fail , talked to Steve to see if they could repair or replace, since repair was out of the question Steve was able to source a complete new door and have it installed sooner than any other company I contacted. My garage door was not opening and closing and the technicians that came were very friendly. They came when they said they would, called ahead of time, and communicated well with me. They put in the time to tinker and troubleshoot and found a solution to fix what we already had, instead of just resorting to replacing the whole thing. We really appreciate this. They also provided a courtesy screw tightening of my garage doors. They were quick to get the part they needed within the hour, came back and finished the job well. Our garage door has been working as it should since. They also gave some tips for garage security options. I recommend them and would be happy to come back for more business in the future.

They came out to Sherwood Park within 2 hours, had all the materials needed for repair in the van, and the garage door was fixed and working within 30 minutes.
